How we handle your information

This describes how TelAI (a service of Webmaster & More) handles information when we operate the Service for a Client and when visitors contact us or book a consultation.

What we process

To answer calls we process: caller phone numbers, the audio of the call, an automated transcript, and the intake details a caller provides (such as name, callback number, the reason for the call, and preferred language). When you book a consultation we process the name, email, phone number, and details you submit. For Clients, we process account and billing contact details.

How we use it

We use call and booking data solely to operate the Service and respond to you — to take and deliver messages, schedule and confirm consultations, maintain the call history in the Client portal, and improve that Client’s agent. Each Client’s data is isolated to that Client. We do not sell personal information.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the Service, including a telephony provider (Twilio) and an AI model provider (OpenAI) for speech processing, and Amazon SES for email delivery. These vendors process call audio/transcripts only to provide their function.

Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period configured for the Client’s account (for example 30 or 90 days) and then deleted. You may request a different retention period or deletion of specific records by emailing support@telaiagent.com.

Your rights

California residents and callers may request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold about them, subject to the Client’s instructions as the owner of the call data. Direct requests to support@telaiagent.com.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form at telaiagent.com/book or by texting START to our number — we send you transactional SMS text messages about your consultation and account, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and account or service alerts. Consent is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent information is never shared with anyone. We use the mobile number you provide solely to send the messages described above. See our SMS / text messaging terms for the full program details.
