SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent
Last updated 2026-06-25. TelAI is a service of Webmaster & More, Los Angeles, CA. Questions: support@telaiagent.com.
Program description
TelAI Agent LLC sends transactional SMS text messages to people who book a consultation or hold an account with us — booking and consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, and account or service alerts. This is a low-volume, non-marketing program.
How you opt in (consent)
You opt in through either of these methods:
1. On the booking form
When you book at telaiagent.com/book you may check a consent box that is unchecked by default and reads: “I agree to receive SMS text messages from TelAI Agent about my consultation and account (e.g. confirmations and reminders). Msg & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Checking the box is optional — your booking is accepted whether or not you opt in.
2. By text keyword
You may also opt in by texting START to our messaging number.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your consultation and account activity (for example, a confirmation and a reminder per booking). Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@telaiagent.com.
Sample messages
